A nice apartment but with a manager that doesn’t care and doesn’t try to make it a great experience at all. Positive: Good and clean apartment. Negative: Location: The location I received sent me to the wrong place. I was full of luggage, trying to find the building and communicate with the manager. It was far from a nice start. Essential Items: The apartment is well-equipped, but there was no toilet paper and detergent. The latter is not that bad, but what about the first? I have broad experience with renting apartments and had never seen one without at least one set of toilet paper. Swimming Pool: I chose this apartment because it has a private little swimming pool, which was advertised to have a heating system that isn't working. Also, the water level keeps going down because the closure doesn't fit properly. I talked to the manager; he sent a technician, but it wasn't fixed. TV: They left the remote control without batteries. I talked to the manager, and he first asked me to try to take some from another unit in the same building. I went there, but the three sets of batteries I found are different (need to be AA). Then he suggested me to buy some batteries myself.

Perfecto para descansar y conocer Tulum! Positive: La albercas inmejorables, tanto del desarrollo como del departamento, ambas a la temperatura ideal. Cerraduras electrónicas de muy fácil acceso. La ubicación es muy centríca en medio de la selva, cerca de la playa y cerca del centro de Tulum. Muy disfrutable. Negative: Estaría genial que el horario de la tienda del desarrollo fuera extendido.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit Potenzial Positive: Das Apartment ist sehr groß und modern eingerichtet. Es ist sehr sauber, und der Pool auf dem Balkon ist schon etwas besonderes. Die Austattung der Küche war hervorragend. Preis Leistung ist fast unschlagbar. Lage gut zwischen Strand und City, Beides ist bei Bedarf zu Fuß zu erreichen Negative: Moderner Checkin mit Codes ist teilweise kompliziert, wenn man nachts ankommt. Es gibt eine Rezeption, aber diese konnte uns nicht unterstützen(nur spanisch) Für längere Aufenthalte muss man Klopapier selbst kaufen, das fanden wir unnötig. Einige Sachen im Apartment funktionierten nicht perfekt, Wasseranschluss der Toilette tropft, Klimaanlage tropft ebenfalls mit Leistungsausfall, Spüle ebenfalls, Poolheizung brauch lange zur Erwärmung des Wassers, Pinpad der Eingangstür des Apartments hatte mehrfach Fehlfunktionen. Straße ist der Horror, nur für höhere Mietwagen geeignet. Aktuell ist die Baustelle nebenan mit sehr lauten Baugeräuschen, wer tagsüber unterwegs ist, den sollte dies nicht stören.
