Serene Beachfront Escape – Includes Delicious Breakfast

Departamento excelente! Positive: El departamento está excelente para 2 personas! Buen tamaño, cocineta completa y hasta centro de lavado. La vista es hermosa y las instalaciones del edificio (albercas y baños) en muy buen estado. Me encantó que tiene acceso directo a la playa también. Negative: Lo que no me encantó es que la calle para llegar al edificio NO está pavimentada ni bien iluminada. Dificulta si quieres salir a comprar algo a pie, sobretodo de noche ya que hasta letreros de ciudado con los cocodrilos hay al rededor. Tampoco me encanta que (aunque son las reglas del depa y así se anuncia claramente) el check-in es a las 3pm pero el check-out es a las 11am. Se me hacen demasiadas horas (4 hr) las que te quitan de la reserva para limpiar un departamento de 60m2

Great property but average management Positive: Best location and great property. Good size room and had everything we needed. Negative: Management and communication could be improved. All instructions are not provided before hand. We only got breakfast 1 day during our 3 day stay. The communication was poor.

Lovely, relaxing stay in Hotel Zone, clean pools, comfortable rooms, excellent customer svc. Positive: This property was lovely, the pools and patios always had room and were very clean. The interior of the condo was comfortable. I appreciate that there wasn't a limit on how much electricity I could use. But the most delightful part of my stay there was Sandra and her attentive support during my whole stay. Sandra was always friendly, pleasant, quick to respond if I needed something, and truly made me feel valued as a guest. Negative: It's important to know that this location requires a good deal of walking or a car service to get to restaurants, shops and local services. When it's hot weather, this can be a downside if you are looking for a more integrated local experience. Also, there was some ongoing problems with my door code, and a promise of bottled water that ran out half way through my week. But Sandra and Adrian helped me with both in hospitable ways.

Great place to relax. Positive: Great installations . Friendly staff at the pool area . Quiet place to relax . View to the beach is fabulous. Negative: To get there is almost an off road but is worth it.
